Safety is not an afterthought at Uga Love — it is built into every feature. Here is how we protect you, and how you can protect yourself.

What we do

Block and report

Every profile on Uga Love has a block and report button available at all times. When you block someone:

• They cannot see your profile or contact you.
• The block is immediate and permanent unless you undo it.

When you report someone, our team reviews the report promptly and takes appropriate action — which may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

Your safety online and offline

When meeting someone from Uga Love in person for the first time, we recommend:

• Meeting in a public place such as a café or restaurant.
• Telling a friend or family member where you are going.
• Arranging your own transport to and from the meeting.
• Never sharing your home address with someone you have just met.
• Trusting your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave.

Recognising scams

Some bad actors use dating apps to scam people financially. Be alert if someone:

• Asks for money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency after only a few messages.
• Refuses to video call or meet in person despite claiming to be nearby.
• Shares a dramatic story (medical emergency, travel crisis) to justify requesting money.
• Moves very quickly to declarations of love before you have met.

If you suspect a scam, report the profile immediately. Never send money to someone you have not met in person.

Our moderation policy

Uga Love does not facilitate prostitution, escort services, or explicit adult content. Profiles in violation of our Community Guidelines are removed and the account permanently banned. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Child Safety & Protection Against Exploitation (CSAE)

Who can use Uga Love

Uga Love is strictly an adult platform for users aged 18 and over. Date of birth is required at account creation. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is removed immediately, regardless of how it was discovered.

Prohibited content

The following are absolutely prohibited on Uga Love and will result in immediate permanent removal and reporting to law enforcement:

• Any content that sexually exploits, sexualises, or endangers a minor
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming behaviour — any attempt by an adult to build an inappropriate relationship with a minor
• Solicitation of minors for any sexual purpose
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting sexual content involving anyone under 18

How we detect and respond

• All user reports related to minors or CSAE are treated as high-priority and reviewed immediately.
• Confirmed violations result in permanent account removal with no possibility of reinstatement.
• We report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the relevant national authorities and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent body.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving the safety of minors.

How to report CSAE content

If you encounter any content or behaviour on Uga Love that you believe involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child:

• Tap the Report button on the profile or message in the app — select "Involves a minor" as the reason.
• Email our safety team directly at support@yourdomain.com with the subject line CSAE Report. Include as much detail as possible.

Reports are reviewed as a priority. We aim to act on CSAE reports within 24 hours.
